There's a legendary player called Plynx, who wrote a series of excellent strategy guides in 2015. Unfortunately, their accessibility is now limited by two factors: the topics are too old to appear in the side bar, and all the images no longer show up.
In the interest of preserving this valuable and unique knowledge, I decided to go through some cached versions of the forum to reconstruct the original guide. You can download it here:

The pages can be opened simply by double-clicking the .html files. Unfortunately the layout is slightly messed up, but the main text should be readable and almost all images intact. Please let me know if I missed anything!

Forum attachments were misplaced when the servers recently moved - I've restored them. There's a pinned thread "PGB: Contents" that I think links to the strategy guide you're mentioning, please let me know if there's more threads that should be pinned. I think I'll rename the pinned thread to be more descriptive also.
